    Three Middlesex County residents, two from Middletown and one from Woodbridge, have been arrested and charged for narcotic offenses after a month long investigation led by the Middletown Police. Richard Edwards, 70, of Middletown, Michelle Speranzo, 51, of Middletown, and Mitchell Moudatsos, 37,of Woodbridge have all been charged with Possession of Cocaine, Possession with the Intent to Distribute Cocaine, Possession with the Intent to Distribute Cocaine within 500 feet of a Public Park, Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
